Second time’s the charm. The first time J, K and I went to Ichon station, we were led to believe that there was nothing there to left. But this time, with KW(^^) to guide us, we ate at a Japanese restaurant in the area. It’s the first time I’ve had Japanese cuisine in Korea and it’s been too long since the last time I had any sashimi. Coming from Toronto where there is an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant at almost every intersection to going without it for five weeks is absolute torture. Which is probably why K and I enjoyed it so much. We both ordered the salmon sashimi and salmon eggs set. It wasn’t the best salmon I’ve had… Vancouver still remains first and Toronto/HK right after. But it was good enough to satisfy my sashimi craving.
