Anapji Pond

Anapji Pond is part of the Donggong (Eastern Palace). It was originally called Wolji but during the Joseon dynasty, the name was changed because of the geese and ducks that were found here. I spent a good three hours here, just sitting and enjoying the serene view. Mostly, I wanted to catch the night view of this pond and didn’t think to check the sunset times and arrived too early. Still, it was a nice way to spend my late afternoon to evening.
