Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market

My friends and I have been talking about Noryangjin Market for awhile – shortly after we got here. But it wasn’t until my family friends from Hong Kong came for a few days that I had a chance to go to the market. Good thing too since the market is huge and overwhelming. And I definitely have no idea how to choose seafood or how much is a good price. Still, it’d be fun to go again with my friends here to try different seafood, especially since I’m still quite keen to try live octopus.

We ended up having a king crab, abalone, sea urchin, squid, and shrimp. The most interesting eat was the raw squid, which was still moving as we were eating them. The most fun to take pictures with was the king crab.
