Cheonjeyeon Waterfall

Right by the Yeomiji Botanical Garden is the Cheonjeyeon Waterfall. On the way to the three-part waterfall are a gorgeous tower and an amazing (and steep) bridge, called the Seonimgyo Bridge, over the ravine. The bridge had to be the steepest bridge I’ve ever climbed and it didn’t help that it was raining a little while we were there, making it slightly slippery as well. But my favourite part of this bridge was that rare moment where we managed to get photos on the bridge without anyone else in the shot. And if you were there, you’d understand how rare this was as there seemed to always be people on the bridge.

The waterfall is said to be “The pond of God.” The waterfall has three parts to it. The first part of the waterfall, however, doesn’t actually have water falling from it until after a heavy rainfall. And from this waterfall are two other waterfalls, which I managed to go to the second. It was beautiful as waterfalls tend to be, in my opinion. The water was also so clear and pretty.
